Once we receive your booking form we will send you a PayPal invoice for GBP500. Once its paid your reservation will be added. This can take up to 24 hours.

• Add sales & Tourist tax 13% to all rates
• For pool heating a sum of £120 +13% tax per week to be added to total payment
• Minimum stay 4 nights
• Stays of less than 7 nights may incur an extra cleaning fee of £50
• Refundable Security Deposit on major credit card required at check in with agents
• Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
• Cancellation Policy: no refund of initial deposit
• Deposit Amount: £500
• No reservation is confirmed until we receive a payment
• No receipt or written confirmation is sent until 60 days before the departure date
